Insurance and Payment
Cost per hour (typically 50-55 minutes) $120
Insurance accepted:
Aetna, Anthem BC/BS, Apostrophe, Cigna/Evernorth, Optum, Oxford, TriWest, United HealthCare.
Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement can be provided.
